Radical Fatloss

Okay, here it is… I’ve been using this on friends and clients behind the scenes to gain feedback. Bottomline. It’s working like gangbusters. (Which I knew it would :)

**This is not a lifestyle diet. It’s designed to kickoff your fatloss and build unbelievable momentum and motivation. With that being said, here it is.** 

Radical Fatloss starts off as a simple system to feed the body in a manner to lose weight – fast!

Keeping with simplicity, you’ll be consuming 2 protein shakes and 2 solid meals per day, plus a snack.

In a nutshell, Radical Fatloss is high protein, low fat, NO sugar, and fibrous vegetables.

1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
6 grams of fish oil capsules per day (for your essential fatty acids).
2 cups of fibrous vegetables per day (broccoli, spinach, celery, etc).

Sample Diet:

InControl appetite suppressant prior to shake. (Optional)
Protein Shake – Water, Whey Protein, 1tsp Cinnamon. 40g Protein.
4 oz Chicken, 1 cup Broccoli.
InControl appetite suppressant with prior to shake.
Protein Shake – Water, Whey Protein, 1tsp Cinnamon. 40g Protein.
InControl appetite suppressant with prior to last meal.
4 oz Tuna or Salmon, 1 cup Spinach.
1 snack – [apple]

Water Intake = Half your bodyweight in ounces. (150 pound person would drink 75 ounces per day.)

Supplements – Multivitamin, Calcium Magnesium Zinc, Fish Oil Capsules.
(Take 6 Fish Oil capsules per day.)

If you have a challenge with hunger, go with InControl to help suppress appetite.
I’ll be writing an article soon on fatloss supplements, but I’ll say this first. Supressing appetite should come first, before using stimulants and such to boost your metabolism and burn fat. More on this later.

Weight Training:
2 Total Body workouts per week minimum.

Cardio Training:
Three 20 minute cardio sessions at a higher intensity level. You will then progress to Interval Training. 1 min. Super High Intensity followed by 2 min. of Low Intensity (Recovery), then repeat.

1 Cheat Meal per week is allowed. (NOT a cheat day.)

    Richard,
    Thank you so much for this diet plan. As you know, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid Disease in August 2005. Some of the weight came off once on medication, but then it stopped!! and I mean….STOPPED. I even tried a Physician assisted diet. Nothing was working. I lost 2.8 pounds of fat my first week on this plan. : ) You are AWESOME!

    RICHARD!
    Thank you for making me do this diet. When I first read it, I found it to be EXTREME (to the max!!) and was very aprehensive about doing it. I was extremley miserable the first 4 days of this – cutting both carbs, sugar AND anything remotely bad for you. But after I hit the hump, I have been soring ever since! It took me about two weeks to really notice a difference in my waist line, but now its just falling off. I am wearing a pair of pants today that I bought three years ago hoping to fit into and never have! Thanks so much Richard! Keep being my cheerleader!

    Hi Guys!
    I wanted to let you know that Richard’s plan really works! I first met Richard when I enrolled in his “Boot Camp” back in August 2006. I was getting married in a beach ceremony on September 23rd and needed some fine tuning here and there. Within 6 weeks I dropped 14 pounds and lost over 4% body fat! I was working out 7 days a week for 90 minutes a day until Richard stepped in and changed my whole routine. I am not going to lie I was very nervous at the beginning when he told me that I was only to workout 3 times a week (cardio and circut training) and 30 minutes of cardio one day over the weekend. The workout plan and nutritional plan have helped me tremendously and Richard has been a great inspiration!!!! Thank you Richard!!!

    Hello everyone!
    I wanted to say thank you soooo much to Richard for putting me on his radical fatloss diet! It is absolutey incredible and I have never had a diet that literally had me shedding pounds! I am training for a figure competition and started training with my personal trainer in the start of October. With the help of my trainer (Max) and Richard, I have dropped from 24% to 17.6% body fat! I lost 3% of the body fat recently because of the radical fatloss diet. Just like I said, THE POUNDS JUST FALL OFF!!! This is the one diet that I recommend to those who have tried every kind of diet out there..and believe me..I was one of those who thought it was impossible to lose body fat. I cant say how much I am thankful to you Richard…you are the best!!!

    Thank you so much! My sister, ruth, put me on this diet after I saw how much weight she had lost. I thought that there was no way I could cut all that stuff out and not be miserable, but i love it and feel a million times better. I have lost 13 pounds so far and am loving every second of it!!! THANKS!!!
